    My service feedback with Lettings

    Overall good responsive team, but if the errors in statements can be identified without my input that would help. Also difficult to deal with different teams depending on the problem rather then one account manager ?

    I would certainly recommend Spencer's however there legal branch is a different subject at times leaving me deflated.

    They couldn't have been more helpful or efficient!

    They couldn't have been more helpful. From Georgia guiding us through the valuation and setting up the brochure, to Steven and Elaine in the office who had sold the house for us even before it was on the internet. The whole thing was so smooth and they kept us informed all the way through. We'd be very happy to recommend them to anyone selling their house.

    My service feedback with Sales

    They massively over priced my property (by 20%) and therefore the sale was delayed Also the purchaser did not arrange funds for the purchase, an oversight of the agent. Even my solicitor was amazed...

    absolute rubbish, do not use Spensers

    poor service, little communication, virtually no updates unless pressed, vital information regarding "the chain" was not forthcoming. Despite a number of complaints regarding such, received "assurances", that our concerns were being addressed. This offered a weekly update regarding the chain from a dedicated account handler, never happened ! the "lax" approach has without doubt cost us several hundred pounds, but more importantly a significant amount of potentially avoidable distress In consideration of the almost immediate sale of our property (before being advertised) feel that we have been treated, and, considered as a quick sale, requiring no service or concern. having raised such, was referred to our contract, but in fairness, had more important issues. will actively attempt to advise friends, family and colleagues of such
